Default Turbo Build Gone Bad?

Well this past summer i blew up my lude-it was a built motor turbo car when i bought it- So i tore it down and found a broken ring and spun rod bearing- the block was already sleeved so i ended up boring it to an 88mm and put the new coated wiseco 8.5:1 forged pistons, i had the crower rods checked and one resized and everything checked over, i had to turn the crank .10 under to get rid of the scoring- i reassembled it with acl bearings and everything had a clearance of .015 thousandths- motor felt great spun over beutiful. I replaced the oil pump and deleted the balance shafts, but i had recently done a headgasket and had the head planed and pressure tested and it was all good- so i took the head off in sequence and just replaced a headgasket and reinstalled it- but before the car blew up i had a small metallic tapping sound almost like loose valves, but i have rechecked them numerous times- the noise was still present in the new engine but I've put 8 thousand miles on this motor now, same noise no difference, and it runs great- So recently after changing the oil i pulled the dipstick and noticed some very tiny pieces of metal on the dipstick, I've drained the oil twice through a filter and come up empty handed everyime no metal to speak of but after awhile of driving its back on the stick again. checked the vtec screen and its clear and fine, the noise is the only thing left wrong with my car and i cant figure it out. The only idea i can come up with is its something in the head so im going to pull the head and have it completely rebuilt- i may also pull the oil pan and check for shavings or anything looking wierd, but does anyone kno what else could cause this, im really not in a good position to have to rebuild it again but if i have to i will- any advice would be appreciated-

Thanks

Ryan

Sorry for such a long post-
