A/C Belt installation - how difficult is it?
I know you have to remove the lower engine mount, so does this require any special tools? Something to keep the engine from moving? And how difficult is it overall? BTW, its a 94 gsr.
If it's just undoing the engine mounts, it shouldn't much harder than installing the ES engine mount inserts. Let me see if I can recount the tools.
19mm
14mm with 6" extension
17mm deep-socket with 6" extension
torque wrench
breaker bar
You set the car on jackstands, and then support the engine with the floor jack while you remove the engine mounts (bottom & top). You slowly lower the engine using the jack. You might have to undo the header or first couple of exhaust hangers to give the engine enough slack to drop down enough to get the mount out (it does have to drop quite a bit). BTW, you'll want to loosen the AC belt first before removing the mounts.
