Default what are the best cams for turboing?

im wondering what cams i should get for my turbo acura integra ls, the whole bottom end is reinforced. I hear cams with big lobes are no good, they let exhaust back in. Should i get stage 1 after market cams, or should i keep the stock cams for the money?

I'm dont really know anything about this, but it seems to be have been covered extensively. Look into crower 402 or 403.

It might help others, if you tell us what kind of motor and some other details.i'm just tryin to help

moron, don't spread your incorrect thoughts.

I've seen people put down good #'s surprisingly with the crower 404s. They are "claimed" to be an NA cam, but when tuned right and the correct valvetrain, will make excellent power and still maintain a decent street driven idle.

I think BLOX just came out or has out turbo cams for the b18a/b. Check with BLOX, Crower, and Crane.

I think you need a cam with a longer duration and lower lift. Correct me if I am wrong.

You want high lift and short duration, ideally.

It seems like the rumor of running an N/A cam on a forced induction car as a bad idea has been proven wrong by many people. If you can get some of the overlap out with cam gear timing, you will make some great power with some high lift, long duration N/A cams.

Which doesn't help this situation in the very least. You both have vtec heads, we are talking about LS turbo cams here. Did you read the first post?

yeah man, were talkin non vtec, Im thinking about just like crower stage one's. I dont know, some ppl say go with stock, or almost stock, just not real lobey and others say go big. Maybe ill keep the stockers and go with head porting, and 3 angle valve job. Its around the same price. should i?
