so i recently got my software cd from a guy who forgot to give it to me when i got his s200 off him and i load it onto my computer and it is a s200 demo disc. Is this the disc i need and will it work for me thats my question any help will be appreciated and if it will not work for me does anyone know where i can get ahold a a real copy?

what exactly do you need it for. are ou trying to burn your own chips or something or is there something you actually need it for that tuner will not have available?
i'm sure hondata would have the disc you need ort be able to tell you if you call them too. good luck

 

needthe software to tune my car.... ecu is no good with out it.....

 

the demo disc is what comes with the s200 kit. If you wanted to burn you own chips and tune your car you will need a lot more than that. ROM editor, ostrige etc.

 

so can i use the cd i have to tune my car or am i going to have to pay some one to do it for me?what programs am i going to need if i tune it my self?

You need a clue first lol

Hondata is not a "tune it yourself" engine management system. You need to be a Hondata dealer to burn your own chips and access the software that is licensed from Hondata.

I am not quite sure why you thought you could tune it or edit anything yourself.

I think you have it mistaken with other systems such as Crome for example.

 

o ic, i thoght that "i" could tune it but i gess not.so i will need to take it to a dealer to have it tuned. so i dont realy need the software.
