my idle is not 900rpm
some time at traffic light, the idel is 1500rpm, after i give it a rev or 2 , it goes back down to 900 rpm

dude my R never idles right. So i wouldn't worry too much.

But I also have my head P&Ped, and the engine is fully built. What all do you have done?

for instace if you have bigger cams I am not surprised at all it doesn't idle 100% right

The throttle plate is probably sticking, other than that, youve changed airflow characteristics. You should properly reset the ECU and perform the idle learn procedure.

you probably could bore an itr tb to 69mm...they have more material that can be removed, compared to a stock b16 or gsr.
