are you positive it's in neutral? does the shifter feel like it's shifting in and out of gears? does any one gear feel different than the other?

Yeah the tranny feels good going in from 1st -5th, and the clutch cable tension is perfect, reverse won't go in at all as far as I'm concerned. me and some buddies tried moving it and rocking it to see if maybe we could find nuetruel but something is fucked up cause without the clutch in, it won't move at all. I'm thinking of pulling it tomorrow and seeing if I can figure out what the cause is and if its fixable, otherwise I'm looking for a new tranny. I'll keep you you guys informed.

ps: I should of never got my tranny off of EBAY!

Did you "force" the tranny on when putting it up to the engine. If the transmission doesn't slide right into place, you can have the clutch out of alignment, and when you force it into place, then you are going to have a set up where the clutch never fully disengages in neutral -sounds like this might be an issue for you. -or -something in the tranny could just be done/shot.

Yeah I know for a fact that the clutch works fine, and anyone who would force a tranny on is an idiot. But I'm pretty sure the tranny is shot, damn I don't want to pull a tranny is 20 degree weather.
