Default Clutch is acting wierd

My car was in the shop and when it came out the clutch is acting really wierd. It is not slipping! Sometimes it wont go in 1st or R until i let off the clutch until it catches. And now sometimes it will complete miss 3rd and its acting kinda "spongy". If someone could please put some input on this.

Could be the master or slave cylider dying on you, but i would have it them bleed it again first, if they put new pistons in the car i would have went ahead and had the clutch replaced to while they had it out, but thats just me.
