Default sirII b16a running obd0 now has iacv issues

Hey, I searched this topic extensively but the problem i've got is very specific. I have an sirII in my 1989 hatch running an obd0 zdyne ecu, and it ran great for over a year. Now it is suffering from a bad idle surge.

I ruled out air in the coolant with multiple attempts to burp the system, so i've concluded that it is indeed the IACV.

The question I have is if I will have any luck running an iacv off a 2000 si/sir. I know the plugs will be different but what i don't understand is how i managed to run the newer 95 IACV without problems for so long.

I have the p30 intake manifold obviously, and I am somewhat unsure what to do in this situation, do I look for a 90-91 integra b18a IACV or do i go back to using a newer one.

I would love a little bit of insight from all of you gurus on here, you've been a great help to me in the past as I did the engine swap myself and had a few questions. But i respect that you're miles and miles away so I hope I have outlined the situation well enough for you all.

let me know what you think/suggest.

nope the bolt pattern is the same, i have had 3 intake manifolds on my B16A
SiR
SiRII
JGEdelbrock, i have had the same IACV the entire time
I also have a B18A in the integra outside, and built a LS/vtec, and put the LS head on a vtec block in the last month and a half....they all had the same sized IACV....the ones that are diff are on OBD1+ d-series engines
