I stick with NGKs and gap them down when I turn up the boost. I use to occasionally run into spark blow out when I turned the boost up. If anything I would save your money and run a step cooler NGKs.

Stick with NGK.

Zex makes decent SOHC cams...and some good n2o system. That's about it

Zex & Bosch +2 & +4

Due to the design the spark gets blown away to easy.

Best spark plugs are NGK iridium & Denso iridium
but denso's has a .4mm tip where NGK has a .6mm tip

well if i could find the pics i would show you what some Zex plugs did to the rod bearings in my Turbo ZC engine. It was tuned OK, but a split plug is a BAD IDEA in any Honda. BTW, it wasn't MAJOR damage. The crank was fine, however I do feel that had I made a smarter choice about plugs (like using an NGK plug, 1 step colder), there wouldn't have been a problem.
