Default Ls/Vtec hood clearence with EG6?

I have a 93 Eg6 with a VIS c/f hood, I just put in a Ls/Vtec (b16 head) and I cannot fit my hood back on. Any one know if I need a new hood or if I can just cut the skeleton on my hood? Any help would be great. Thank you.

An LS/Vtec sits at the same height as any 1.8L b-series.

Just trim the skeleton.

I've seen plenty of straight forward swaps that have rubbing issues with the skeleton and the valvecover. To say the motor isn't sitting right w/out seeing any pics, isn't really a solid statement.

I don't know what gen VIS hood you have, but here's someone that had a similar problem: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=572161

Thanks for your help. I have all three hasport integra mounts on my car. I think i'll just cut the skeleton. I don't own a stock hood it's hard to say if it will fit. I don't reall like the lifted hood look I'm more about being a sleep this why I'm painting my c/f hood the same color as my car. But thank you for your help again.
