Default Help me out please. ^.^;'

I don't know if my clutch slave cylinder is broken or not, it's in 2 peices, but I can put it back together and it stays together. But as I said, I don't know if it's gonna work or not. Here's a picture of it.

And here's a picture of my steering rack thingy that connects to the brake section. When my car was stolen and they were taken it apart, some genius decided to cut the rubber peice on it. And now I can't figure out how to take it off to replace it with a new one. Here's a picture of that.

So yeah, if you guys can help me out, It would be very appreciated.

The slave cylinder's push rod can come out of the slave cylinder and be put back in. I dont think that yours is broken just put it back in and bleed your clutch. Good Luck

Tie Rod is easily replaced, I think you can get em for udner $25

make sure you remember the amount of turns to take it off, you'll want to screw it back on with the same amount of turns or your toe will be off

just get a rebuild kit if they sell em
it's much cheaper than replacing the whole slave

So it'd be best to just replace the arm and slave cylinder?

As the others said.... the slave cylinder is fine. The push rod is indeed a separate piece.

You can buy and replace the dust boots on the tie rod ends. There is a thing wire circlip that holds them on. You can pry that off with a screw driver. Or you can replace the whole tie-rod which isn't a bad idea. They cost around $40 new.

It used to be rust free... But after my car got stolen, it sat at the impound for a month without wheels and a hood, and it rained alot... So when I got it back it kinda got some rust on it.
