Default what is the best way to clean the sohc vtec head compents?

alright well is there a good way to clean my head, cam shaft and all the other things on the head? brake cleaner or anything other best safe way to clean it and how should i store it after i clean it up?

take it to a machine shop and have it hot-tanked for $20. come out looking like new.

yea I was thinking just doing that but doesnt the valve stems and all that must be out before sending it to the machine shop? I already have my cam shaft out and my valve train out but i want to clean them. how will I do this ?

The machine shop will take the valve seals out for you.

Okay alright well now all i need to know is what is the best way to clean my cma shaft and valve train to get all oil, grime and stuff off from it ? brake cleaner , carb cleaner?

Hoave it hot tank(you'll have to disassemble the head to do so) or just use starter fluid with plenty of ethinal in it.

Sore it in a thick plastic bag with fogging oil sprayed in it. It will keep the unwanted moisture off of sensitive parts.
