hey guys last year i broke a couple axles due to shitty mounts and my engine torquing all the time, besides those shitty poly urathane inserts are there any alternatives to solid mounts? thanks
buy some factory mounts and fill them with 3m window weld. window weld works way better than those mount inserts, and doesnt make your car unstreetable. do a search there is a writeup about the window weld idea. its what is in my car right now and i have no complaints except for the expected more noticeable vibration.
whats wrong with the poly inserts?? if you want your motor solid they are great...just kinda hard to get that rear mount on but yeah your car does vibrate a lot more....

The car vibrates more at idle, but the engine doesn't torque under acceleration. If your rear suspension is soft it will actually dive for the floor under hard acceleration with this in place

ES for F and R
Prothane for L and R
i run all 4 on my dohc zc. and its pretty Solid

I believe prothane makes inserts for all 4 mounts

Solid mounts like the ones I showed in my picture, I have solid front and rear mounts, no inserts, no window weld, actually solid mounts. I wish could find someone selling actual solid side mounts, that way I don't have to worry about inserts or what not.
