is the b16a a direct swap for a 96 EX?

Default is the b16a a direct swap for a 96 EX?

i just wanted to kno if the b16a swap in a 96 ex would be a direct swap? (ie same mounts..harness..?)

need tranny mount,motor mounts,shift linkage. theres some other basic swap things you need but im tired so im going to bed now

I used driver side, rear, tranny si 99-00 mount, harness ffrom ex motor will work. fine for obd1 and 2. if obd1 get a boomslang conversion harness., use the b16 shift linkage, axles. Thats it i believe,

sure but while your at it why dont you just replace the whole harness for $50 just make sure you solder and shield the wires when u do it(wires suck if they touch).speaking from experiance and the fact that i fried 3 harness because i chose to use electrical tape

that is what I wanted to know. They use the same diagram for the parts, but I know the part numbers are different.


Anybody know what needs to be changed or the differences? Or is it not worth the time to modify it?

no way u can use the d series linkage...........will not work at all........
