Default Will 14" steel wheels fit over ITR 11.1" brakes?

Would 14" steel wheels fit over the 11.1" ITR rotor and caliper?

I realize that most 14" Honda steel wheels have a 4x100mm bolt circle, but would Toyota Camry 14" steel wheels with a 5x114.3 bolt circle work?

I am guessing that the 14" diameter wheel is sufficient to clear the rotor and caliper, but there may not be enough room for the caliper to clear the rim face/spokes.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=798382 14" Volks work

If anyone in the Milwaukee area has an ITR, I have a 14" steel 5x114.3 rim, can I test fit on your car?

Edited, wrong link

I have to run at least 15" on my ef with itr brakes. 14 doesn't clear it.

Did you try a 14" steel wheel?

Does your EF have the 5-lug or are you running some combination of prelude rotor & caliper?

I have the 4x100 pattern with 10.2 civic knuckles, itr calipers and corrado rotors. 14" steelies from my gsr don't fit. They clear gsr calipers but not itr ones. Someone in the ITR forum has a 5lug ef; maybe they can help you too.

.Ash,

Will the gsr calipers work with the Corrado rotors and 14" wheels?

I have read that the Corrado rotors have less offset (distance between rotor mounting surface back of disc), so if you are using the Corrado rotors the Calipers may be spaced closer toward the wheel then necessary.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 743power &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

Iprelude vtec - offset (back of disc to inside of mounting surface) 41.00mm
thickness - 23.1mm
diameter - 282mm
center bore - 64.21mm

Legend GS - offset - 41.0mm
thickness - 23.1mm &lt;~~~?!?!?? I think this is a mistake in their catalog
diameter - 282mm
center bore - 70.21mm

Corrado G60 - offset - 34.1mm
thickness - 22.0mm
diameter - 280mm
center bore - 65.07mm
</TD></TR></TABLE>

I tried fitting 'teg 14" steelies over ITR brakes, and it just wasn't happening. (Re-drilled ITR rotors, so 4-lug)

For me at least, the offset wasn't the issue. The inner diameter of the wheel did not clear the caliper.

Yep, but that's a $300 CE28 and a +28 offset. Not saying that's necessarily a problem for everyone (though I personally won't spend anywhere close to $1200 on a set of friggin wheels), but that's entirely incomparable to a factory steelie, both in offset (which can be adjusted with spacers) and inner wheel diameter (which can't be adjusted with anything). For kicks, on Thursday I'll try to fit the 14" steelie I have, and take pics of it.
