Does anyone have a pic of this or has done this before? I know it can be done...swapping just the cluster. Any inputs??

Yeah...i am serious. I am not sure how it's done but i am sure it has been done. The fitting is not perfect but the guages are all functional.

the pic above is a JDM SI-R cluster from a EG6. what cluster are you talking about?

I am talking about a JDM ITR cluster.....

But while we are on the topic, the JDM EG6 cluster (the one that is in the first pic) is it plug and play for 92 - 95 civics??

 

yeah its plug and play. as for the JDM integ cluster in a hatch... do a search. look under the archives. look under "integra dash in a EG". the wiring schematics was on the EG forum a couple of days ago.

just wondering how you got the cluster to light up so bright? i installed mine and it has no dimmer control and is very dim, i have an eg6 cluster in a 92 civic hb si

 

Yeah my guage cluster is kind of dim too. Any suggestions? By the way im selling my jdm auto eg gauge cluster. Black not white faces excellent condition. $150 Ny area only. Thanx.

 

hey newman is that a triple guage pod you have? ive been looking for a dual guage pod but they only come in black, ordid you paint it?

 

Dual gauge pod. I bought some cheapo spray paint from Wal Mart for $.89 and it matched the grey perfectly. My friend has a triple guage pod pillar - looks funky since it stops at the roof line but his was already painted to match.

I don't have it on anymore... I like the clean look of it not being there.
