GSR tranny problem =(

GSR tranny problem =(
I have a GSR tranny mated to my LS motor and today on the way home it was hard to get into 2nd and 3rd gear some of the time but not always.
Later tonight I took it for another drive and noticed that when I push the clutch in it makes a rattling noise up by the tranny and when I down shift or slip the clutch it makes kind of a screeching noise. All gears seem to work fine though.
My Girlfrineds dad told me over the phone to go about 30mph hold in the clutch and put it in 1st gear. I did this and I could hear like a screeching noise not to very loud though. He said most likely the pilot bearring
I know nothing about trannys so I need all the help I can get what is your guess?

ACT clutch
unknown LSD
