cleaning the pcv and intake manifold
do i need to replace the pcv vavle or can i just spray some carb cleaner and soak the thing in seafoam or something instead of replacing it?
as for the intake manifold...can i spray in throttle body/manifold cleaner into it? or must i take the thing off and clean soak it?

the PCV is like 10 bucks, get a new one. There are different ways you could do the intake manifold but if you want it perfect take it off, and while your at it get like a hondata intake manifold gasket or something.

If I were doing it I would get the intake manifold gasket and TB gasket and take the TB apart and clean it while its off the car, clean/ replace the FITV and IAC as well since it will be easily accessible.
