Default Going nuts! Cuts out only in WOT?

Ok Im going crazy. I converted this crx with a b16a to OBD1. Im running a p28 ecu with a crome bin. I resoldered all the connections in the ecu. I have no solid cells. I fixed all the check engine lights thanks to Crome. I have vtec working. However the car cuts out when I floor it. Part throttle is fine. The car idles fine and revs to 9,000rpms. I tried adding more fuel gradually. I probably burnt 20 bins riching it up. The car acts like the ecu cant keep up with the fast change in airflow when I floor it. The engine has no air intake on it at all and it has no exhaust just an open header. Can this cause the car to cut out on WOT? This is the only thing I can think of thats causing the car to cut out. The car acts great as long as I dont floor it. Please help its driving me nuts.

I actually redid all my grounds. Cleaned the connections with sandpaper and all that good stuff. Do you think the open header is causing the problem. There is no back pressure.

check tps wiring..... also should read 4.5volts at WOT, and .5volts at close between pins D11(+) and D22(-)

Ok I checked all my pins to the ecu and they are fine. I checked the tps wires. They were cut and resoldered on. The tps ground and voltage wires were mixed up at the tps. I fixed the wires took it for a test drive and bam it doesnt cut out under WOT. I got back and checked for codes and bam a code 7 TPS. I tested the TPS voltage and it was out of range. So I adjusted the TPS to the correct voltage and reset the battery. I reved the car up and no codes. I still havent taken it for a test drive because it got dark and this drag car doesnt have headlights yet. Thanks for the help I think its probably gonna be ok.
