i have a b18a , and im ready to order some parts but im having a hard time deciding the best combo .

crower 404's , p30 pistions , crower springs and retainers

i kinda would like to go with the crower 405a's but i dont think the p30's will give me enough compression , is this right? would i have to go with aftermarket pistions and rods

also i know head work would really help both setups , would it be a must with the 405a

This is my winter project , im trying to get everything done by summer but if it doesnt happen i want to be able to put toether what i have and drive it which is why i asked if headwork is a must with 405's

my crx is mainly a track ***** or will be , maybe a friday night here and there
