Default should i put type r piston in my b16a block or go with new b16 pistons

i did a compression test ans for 2,3 i get 130 and from 1,4 i get 170 and i also here a knocking noise for the bottom end and we think it the piston rings. i'm looking to just put new pistons and rings in, should i go with type r pistons or use stock pistons or just get something else and i'm going to leave it at stock bor e

if you are going to go all motor use the ctr pistons, if you plan on doing forced induction at anytime dont use the ctr pistons.
