Default nrg quick release w/ lock or compustar 2wss-as

which is better for security? the nrg quick release with lock and generic steering wheel will cost the same as the compustar system, so i dont know which one to get. my car is daily driven and im cautious about where i park my car but i do park it when i go out sometimes...

Both, Like I told a customer today every thing that will make a thevie not want your car is not expenseve. Dont play it cheap with security. I say you 1st get the alarm then get the nrg wheel lock!!

i saw other wise. first get quick relase then alarm. alarms can be bypassed, but no steering wheel can be only towed.

Both. Get the kill switches in, get the quick release, then decide how far you want to go in for options on the alarm. Plus, another model may come out with the features you want, plus others you thought about.

Never go cheap on the security. This will allow you to keep your ride and not be up all night worrying.

I live in Central Jersey where hondas and Acuras can disappear quickly. I recently purchased a NRG quick release as an additional measure to prevent/dicourage theft. As I understand it almost any car alarm can be bypassed, but that shouldn't stop you from getting a good one. I think having both will allow you to rest easier. Not to metion the car alarm will give you an insurance discount.
