Default Integra brakes in civic

When you swap 94 integra brakes into a 97 civic hatch, what emergency brake cables should you use?

integra cabels will be too long, but could be rigged to work. use ctr cables, or maybe 99-2000si cables will work better than the teg's.

I have integra cables in there at the moment and the mounting locations don't match up plus they are too long... I've tried ordering CTR cables from honda and they cant get them, there mechanic also said that the Si cables would be too long.
Has anyone else out there got a 96 + hatch with rear disks? if so what cables are you using???

Just a thought but have you tried using the 92-95 Si hatch e-brake cable. I knwo that the 92-95 civic si rear brakes and the integra rear brakes are the same size. And they also bolt up identically. So you might want to try that cable. Since it is about the same length as the 96-2000 hatches.

So, did it fit?

I want to find out, 'cause I plan to do this as well.

Ive got integra pb cables on my 96 hatch too. they work fine.

If you have problems, you can pry the brackets loose from the cables and move them around. But I didn't even have to do that to mine.
