Reputable shops with a very low lift!!

Is there any reputable shops in the Orange County area that has a lift low enough for lowered cars.

I need to get my lug nut studs changed and tired of going from shop to shop looking for one that can do it cause my car is dumped!

if this is a big problem then raise it up or drive your car on 4 4x4 woods.
