Default help

i put my springs on today (tein springs) and whenever i turn the steering wheel i hear something in the wheel clicking like its hitting something. i had my friend look at it while i moved the steering wheel and he told me that the spring is moving.....i'm jus wondering if this is ok and if it pop into place as i drive.

When the car is on the ground (not jacked up). There should be quite a bit of pressure on it to keep it in one position. It shouldn't be moving. How is it moving? Side to side? Up and down?

did you put the ruber bushing in between the top cap and the spring??? Just a thought because i once forgot that and sounded the same.

side to side, and yes this is when the car is on the ground....we put everything back, installation was done by a mechanic...he told me it should pop back in a few days or so and if it doesnt just bring it back....but we know how taht goes....anyway..i was just wondering, does the part of the spring that has the brown rubber around it go on top or on the bottom?

What kind of car do you have? Were the springs meant for your car?
