Default Possible electical problem with interior lights

i've had this happen couple times now, i turn on the lights, outside lights will work but inside lights won't come on, so i turn the switch on/off and it will work from there.. never had a problem like this other than the light on the roof would come on with 1-2 second delay

anybody else had this type of problem? i hope i could figure out what it could be before it gets worse..

basically my cluster lights don't come on right away... when i turn on the lights, everything comes on except cluster lights, outside lights come on, other interior lights like climate control come on but cluster doesn't work until i drive the car for a minute or 2...

is this issue consistent? first thing i'd check for any loose grounds...you havent touched the internal electricals have you?

trace the wiring from the dash, to the fuse box. the wire harness that runs between the two is actually fairly short.
