i have a 91 civic si that was stolen. the thieves punched my ignition so i could use a screw driver to start it. so i started to fix it. i went to the junk yard and bought a new igntion switch and key lock cylinder i put the key lock cylinder on my old ignition switch. i turned the key and the engine worked for about five minutes then it shut off i tried it again and it again and nothing happened the igntion switch is not turning anything on in the car. the lights are working and everything. do you guys know whats up with the ignition?
