with pr3's compression will around 11.3ish, with pct it'll be at 12.8ish (i think). so if you wanna run pump gas go with the pr3's. you'll need parts off that b16 block to do the ls/vtec.

 

first off, you cant really reuse pistons when they are removed from the original rods, most of the time they break because the rod has to be heated up to remove the wristpin/piston..

You're gonna have to buy some pistons for sure,so buy some p30 pistons and call it a day..

 

use the pr3's or p30's or p73's

 

ok so im think im goin to go wit the pr3's in the ls block wit ls crank? what else u guys think ima have to get i know so far im gettin arp rod bolts , aebs head studs, new bearings and stuff for the block, vtec oil,water, fuel pump, timing belt? anything else?
