Default exhaust o2 sensor

Im changing my exhaust this weekend to a Apexi ws2.
Right after the catalitic converter there is a sensor (i think its the o2)
Whats the best way to get this out. It looks to buried to get a wrench on it. And the heatshielf that gets in the way all the bolts stripped.
this is on an 01 gsr
Any easy way to get it out?

Use and acetelyne torch to heat the **** out of the nuts on the cat. You'll need to remove the heat sheild for easy access to teh top nut. Can't give you any advice on the O2 sensor without a picture of it though.
