Default leaking intake mani

how would one go abouts checking if ones intake mani would be leaking? where would common places be? im guessing near the gasket but how do i check? and what does pinching the vaccum lines to do help check?

The easiest way is to spray brake cleaner on certain suspect areas and check for bubbling. Pinching vacuum lines will tell you if the problem exists in that particular line.

Unless the manifold's cracked or is leaking from a gasket/sensor.
