Default stroker kit and turbo question

99 Civic Si B16A2
i will be installing the toda B16A stroker kit. are there any mods i have to do to make it work like fuel system, ECU??

with that and a turbo running 10-12 psi, should i use lower compression pistons than what comes with the stroker kit or should the engine be able to take that high compression??

stroker kit info

So you're thinking of buying another set of pistons on top of the ones that come in this kit? You gotta think this through. This kit is an NA application anyway.

BTW, where have you been lately?

11.0 is a mighty high compression ratio, it can be done, but one minor fuel mistake and you'll nuke your motor. You must have a lot of cash to waste. Have you looked at the golden eagle kits. Better yet why not build a gsr for boost or somthing there is a reason honda added 10 or so mm, to the deck on the 1.8 litre motors.

If I had 15 grand i wouldnt spend it on those parts, I'd buy a k20 and boost it and spent the rest on something that is going to apprectiate in value and then smile as I blow the doors off your setup.

why not use a b17 crank and pistons in the b16 block? thatll produce a stroked b16 i believe.... and i seen b17 parts floating around the marketplace

only issue is getting any type of forged rods for a b17 is a pricey undertaking...

im getting a custom made turbo that spools around 4000 rpm's so it produces the most power from there to 8000. dont know exactly which other parts im matching with it yet. turbo will be added at a later date

just need to know what mods need done for the stroker kit like the ecu, fuel injectors, pump, curve. anything like that need to be done to make the stroker kit work??
