My throwout bearing is making a chirping type of noise that goes away when I depress the clutch pedal. Will I lose any performance if my throwout bearing is making this noise or will I just be faced with the noise? Is there any way to fix it? And if I buy a new clutch, most likely exedy organic, will it include a new throwout bearing or do I just adjust the old one?

 

i had the same problem it's the throwout bearing just get it repalced and you will be fine

 

What if it does not get fixed. Will it cause a loss in performance?

 

not being able to shift? yeah, that's a performance bummer

 

replace it as soon as possible. about the clutch......you are gonna have to check with them.
