what should a 99 si run if......

what should a 99 si run if......
what do you guys think a 99 si SHOULD be running if it was basically stock, with the only mods being type one header and carsound cat, stock exhaust, with k&n drop in filter, with rear and passenger seats out? driver weighing in at about 180.

15.4-15.5 stock
i myself couldn't get any faster on my cuzins.
you will need a catback exhaust system and u might see 14's

One of my friends got a 98 GSR first time he wen't to moroso he ran 16.6 as his best time.

Lame driver. One of my friends got a 98 GSR first time he wen't to moroso he ran 16.6 as his best time.
