Default GSR, or SI?

hey, im new to this site, and to honda's in general. whats faster. 99 GSR, or 99 SI? also, what times would a 99 SI with intake, and exhaust run in the 1/4 mile with an average driver? thanks

i ran 15.2 in 1/4 with cold air and header and exhaust, that was on cheaters. if i could i would have bought a geezr(gsr)

to be honest with ya, they're both about equal cars overall... they both run roughly the same track times, etc... GSR is gonna cost a bit more in the insurance department than the Si... I've race them both and I've pulled the same times in both of them... Both great cars if you ask me.

gsr is alot faster. my friend with a integra ls('97) w/ i/h/e only beat a 2000 civic si w/ h/e.

I havn't lost to a GSR when my car was pretty much stock and i didn't loose to them on the spray or turbo or turbo and spray. They are nicer cars but the Si is a better platform

I like them both. In stock form there both going to put down similar times with the gsr slightly ahead of the SI. When you start building them I'm sad to say the gsr will put down greater #'s.

B16's get no respect.

My friend's SI went 15.30's with just an Ebay intake. I believe the car is capable of 15.0's as it sits because the 15.30 pass was with a 2.3 60 foot.

I ran 15.1 with MY 00 Si with aem cai and greddy evo.. stock height and rubber...did it more then once..this was a few years ago though.
more practice..and a header..i confident it couldve pulled a high 14 of somewort.
its a drivers race..get whichever YOU like best
