So I take it it hits 16.9? Cuz, my car is a 97' Civic Ex with I/H/E, Exedy Stage 1 racing clutch, and Fidanza Lightweight Aluminum flywheel(8lbs), and V-TEC set at lo-hi 4500...hi-lo 4300 by a not-yet tuned Apex-i VAFC2, and my friend with a stock 99' Si wants to race me, just want to get an idea or what the Si should be hitting.-deuces!!

a stock Si should run 15.4-16.0 @87-90mph in the quearter. itll put down about 135whp in stock trim while your EX will probably put down around 125whp and run maybe a low 16 if your lucky

I ran consistent mid 15's with my stock SI. My best was 15.4@90, this being my first time ever at the track and just learning to drive the car so I mean you could prob get even better.
