place timing belt at TDC--pull valve cover off--release tension on belt--slide belt off --pull cam gears off--remove seals--and replace everything back.

I have to replace the cam seal on my B18C1, is it the same procedure? I'm talking about the black rubber thing in this (crappy)pic, to the right of the VTEC solenoid:

I didn't think you'd have to take cam gears/timing belt off since it's on the other side...or are you guys talking about something else?

there's seals on both sides of the cams. if that's the one you're changing you're fine; you don't need to fvck with the timing belt/cam gears at all.

just make sure you torque everything down to spec when you're done.
