ls/vtec running ls pistons

yes/no can u cause i read someone did this is it ok or not

You will have piston to valve contact issues if you do not open up the valve reliefs in the pistons.

Thats not completley true...I ran stock b16 head with a stock ls block and had no clearance issues. Mine made 145whp @ 7000rpms but we didn't finish tuning. I've even heard of people running ctr cams and getting more power just leave them set at 0. search you'll find some post with these types of set ups.
