how much and how hard?
Ok its a two part question.
About how much does a b16a cable run for?(used)
and is it hard to instal on a b18a?
Or shoul I just go for a b18a tranny, i would like the b-16 cuz it has shorter gears. now would it matter considering that the b16 is obdII and my b18a is a obdI

The b16 is OBD-2, and it has a cable trans??? I doubt it. What car are you putting it all in?? DA? If it's a DA, there is nothing different between the tranny installation of the LS trans. It's pretty much the same. Same axles, but here's what is different. If it's a 90-91 b16 trans, than it's going to need a 90-91 clutch disk. If it's 92-93, than you use the 92-93 clutch disk. The splines on the input shaft are slightly different. Other than the clutch disk, it'll go right into a DA with no mods.
