just check to make sure thats all thats messed up... i got rear ended, body shop fixed it... now i see that the trunk area was ripped apart from that impact and the body shop used bondo to fix it. check everything out yourself and make sure if the damage is that bad, make sure they repair it correctly.

 

And csufweed how much did it cost to repair your bumper??

If you could live witha '97 bumper I know of someone that has one that's almost new...painted CW also.

That's soooo easy to fix. Any reputable body shop should be able to color-match your older paint. It won't be that expensive either. Why the hell do you need a new bumper?

 

it was $500 for the shitty repair and paint...

that was before I cared to modify my car or anything... hell even now i dont like doing body work, but I wish I had known so I coulda had the guy's insurance company cover it.

I've been rear ended twice since I got my car...Whatever, it's a daily driver and since seeing Warren's car, I just don't care anymore. I used the insurance money from the first accadent to buy new kumhos for speedtrial and the second time my friend hit is while he was looking at some 12 year old ***** and talking on his cell phone. I think I'm just going to rip my bumper halfway off and drag it around for a few days WRC style and then duck tape it back on.
