Anyone have Instructions on Camshaft Changing?

get new cam seals and some hondabond.
in short and not very detailed: yank the valvecover, remove upper timing cover and lock tensioner service bolt, slide the belt off the cams, loosen the cam caps from inside out. remove cams, remove cam gears, replace cam seals, reinstall. etc.. etc..
timing on any H series motor ( specifically with an auto tensioner) sucks ***. get a helms for sure.

What about Changing the Springs and Retainers? And afterwards should i do a valve lash check? and how would i come about doing all this? Lastly how do i get TDC? do i just keep turning the crank till all timing marks line up?
