anyone use OBX LSD???
I don't mean to be a dick, but did you do a search. I can recall several threads about the OBX LSD in the past few months. Try a search and see if that answers any of your questions.

A friend of mine used it on his DA LS tranny, he was not all that impressed. But maybe it was the way it was installed though

No, i have removed 1 set with no problems. i think its all how its' installed. Mistabone from Ohio installed mine. you can find him on here.

If one wheel loses grip on a helical LSD, it acts like an open differential. Your friend just needed to slightly touch the brakes to load the free wheel, and the LSD would have done its job by enacting a torque bias.
