Default SI swaybar question.

Sup guys! Just have a few question. I was wondering if u guy knew if the 99-00 civic SI front sway bar will bolt up directly to the Civic Eg without any mod. And also wondering if the Si and CTR swaybar are the same . I'm also in the process of swapping bushing in my front control arm and wanting to know if i should upgrade to a different control arms or stick to oem with new bushing. Thank in advance

A little clarification please. Front or rear swaybar? What year?

Judging by part numbers alone, EK front or rear swaybars are not compatible with EG swaybars.

If you're looking at and EG Si front swaybar, it might fit, altough I'm not sure if you need to use SI control arms like on EKs. A front swaybar from an Integra might also fit, but it all might depend on whether or not your EG originally came with swaybars.

And, yes, if your front control arms need bushings replaced, I would recommmend upgrading to some sort of urethane bushings. But make sure you don't need to replace the control arms to use a swaybar before you press new bushings into them.

</TD></TR></TABLE> yea i was looking at the 99-00 civic Si front sway. So I have to get the SI LCA to make this work? Well i figure the car is over 10 year old, might as well start over new with newer oem bushing.

Fronts are 26mm, rear on the 99-00 Si is 13mm, rear on the CTR is 22mm.

Either way, not sure if either will fit an EG.

I think the 99-00 civic si's are wider.
