i found the problem!!! timing belt
well after taking Jareds advice i looked at my timing...the belt has a big *** tear right in the middle of it. and it even put a little hole on my valve cover( the part thats over the cam gears) so i guess ill have to get a new timing belt is there anything else i should replace.
dam i hope i didnt bend the valves..please dont be bent..i was wondering is there anyway i can tell if the valves are bent before putting on the timing belt.

Water pump.
Edit: I mean you should also replace the water pump since you have to basically tear everything off of the engine.

The only way I really know to check if the valves are bent is a compression test, or take the head off the car, poor some water or any liquid (within reason) into the ports, let it sit on it's side, then check back in a day to see if they're leaking. But that's kind of an intensive process...
