I have them in my hatch. I can't tell you if they work any better or not because the car is in storage for the winter. They are a pain to install though. I did it on the car so it may be easier if you remove the LCAs.

I got a set of Mugen rear trailing arm bushings from King motorsports. Stiffer then stock by not as stiff as poly.

I got the full energy kit with rear trailing arms and the prothane upper and comp arms the energy doesnt make.

One of the best mods you will ever do
I cant even describe how happy I was and most of my stock ones were pretty good, I can only imagine how big of a difference they could make on some cars.

I actually recently replaced my rear LCA and trailing arm bushings with ES pieces. And they seem to work well for me. I was worried at the time of installation about the binding issues that people were talking about at that time (about a month ago or so) with the ES trailing arm bushings. But I have not found this to be an issue. Furthermore, the trailing arm bushings do NOT restrict rotation on a vertical axis too much. I can rotate the trailing arm about a vertical axis pretty easily. One thing, though. After burning the rubber off of the old bushing and pin, you will want to do something to protect the pin from corrosion. Painting MIGHT be acceptable. But I ended up chrome plating mine. It only costed ~$40 for both. And it is likely to stand up MUCH better than paint.

a couple rear trailing arm bushing conversations with opinions on poly bush's-

controversial and discussed a lot lately, so i'll let you read what others say. they felt worse to me, and made my car slower on an autox course when compared to other cars across a season.
