primer no blndo!?

Default primer no blndo!?

i just grinded and sanded all the rust off my car is it ok to just prime over it without using bondo?

Bondo is used as a filler to fill in any low spots on the body.

so is it ok not to bondo till i can afford a paint job?because i did all this today and was wondering if its ok to just have primer for a month or two.

yup, just make sure to resand it before you bondo it and do the final prep work before it goes in before paint.

If it's permanet, you should etch bare metal before primer. It sounds like a temporary fix, so you could use any paint/primer to protect the bare metal for now.

yea if its temp then you can slide b, if not you should use a sealer/etch then primer

use etch primer.
or even zinc primer.
especially cuz of the winter.
unless your going to fix it before the winter is over.

if you deceide to bondo i would use the bondo with the fiberglass hairs and if you prime it yourself before it gets paint i would use filler primer and wet sand
