funny the rules state dont make threads like this.
the reason being...
we can just give our opinions of what we like, we cant tell you what you like
but for starters you need a goal. my goal with my car is to have just a GSR engine, no turbo no built motor, just a daily driver.
if your goal is say 12's in the 1/4 then we can give you the options you have, NA costs more, boost is cheaper for more power.
if you get a good tune and keep maintenance on the car boost will be fine and fairly reliable, but you still need to build it up to handle the boost.
do some research on these forums, go through and just read post after post after post, find out what you like then go from there...
/end my rambling on and on

if there arent many boosted civics in the UK then boost it, you will be kinda original, and keep your 17's if you want to, and your system ( i love bass)
do whatever you desire, just research it first

I HEAR THAT, since you have a decent budget what you should do, pull the money you want to put into it and put it in a savings account that grows interest, that way for normal spending it wont touch your saved money.

lol no way
but it is a good way to save money, just keep adding a portion of each check into the savings account but dont link the savings account to a card at all.
when you use a bank card or check then it uses from your checking while your savings gains the interest (little bit not much)
then when it comes time to buy, transfer the funds to the checking and buy your stuff.
