Default header secondary size- 48 mm vs 50mm?

my question is, will using a header with 48mm secondaries cause a power loss compared with a header using 50mm secondaries ( assuming the primaries are the same diameter, and that both header use the same design ). This will be going on a stock itr motor

i'm no header guru, but i've heard that the hytech header is supposed to make pretty decent power. i've got one sitting in my garage that is the same as the one pictured below. someone wants me to make them one but i'm having trouble sourcing some of the parts. i've yet to contact burns, i'm trying to keep the cost down. anyway, it starts with a 1.75" and goes to a 2" after the anti-reversion chamber. (that is what they are called i think).
