Default differences between 421 and 41 header

can anyone tell me the difference between a 421 header and a 4 to 1 header?? eventually i want to get a hytech replica or something of that sort, but these are my options for now.

Generally speaking, and mind you this is very general, a 4-2-1 header generates more power near mid-range of your RPM. A 4 to 1 usually makes better top-end power. Just save your pennies, don't buy that Ebay piece of crap and use that cash toward your replica.

well im borrowing either a 421 header or 4 to 1 header till i have enough for a replica. anyone else experience both?
