high idle, blocked off iacv/fitv..HELP!!!
the ls/vtec b18b/b16a in my sol starts out idling at like 1400, then raises all the way up to 2500-3kish when its warm...both the idle valves are blocked off and lines are rerouted, the throttle cable is as loose as it can go, and the tps has been checked several times...as the IM gasket bolts....
the idle doesnt surge, and no smoke from the exhaust....
any thoughts? would PCV valve be the cause? the L-shaped nipple that connects to the IM to the breather box, snapped, and the hose is still on there, but i dont hear any leaks....**** pisses me off...

THe L-shaped piece that is inbetween the IM vaccuum line and the breather box, well the - part of the L snapped off, so its more like an I now with the hose connected to it......
alright, well changed the pcv valve out, changed throttle body gasket, even advanced timing on exhaust cam, and the idle is still messed up.....
it starts off right at 1500 and jumps up to 2500ish with no CEL's or any sign of how to fix it.
what the hell could it be?
