Setting for the V-AFC controller?

can anyone post up there setting for the V-AFC and how much horse power gain they got?

It's different for each car and it's mods, install one and dyno tune it. I went from 165 to 169 peak, removed a ~12-15hp dip by moving the vtec xover up and gained a few throughout the midrange.. this is on a GS-R though.
